 Dissertation: Criminal Liability for Bribery According to Criminal Code of Republic of Lithuania: Theoretical and Practical Problems. 201 p. The analysis covers the concept of bribery in Lithuanian Criminal Law and the analysis of the current definition and the corpus of the crime, provided in article No. 225. Significant part of the dissertation presents the analysis of criminal cases of bribery. Advisor: Prof. Dr. Vytautas Piesliakas

Courses taught and consultations provided to students and the home institution:

 

 Lithuanian Criminal Law, Part General (1998 – 2008). The course includes general terms and conditions of Criminal Law, provisions of application of the Criminal Code and the analysis of the provisions provided therein. The course is taught during two academic semesters (10 months). The course is evaluated by a final exam, 5 credits

Lithuanian Criminal Law, Part Special (2000, 2007, 2009). The course includes analysis of the particular crimes and corpuses of the crimes criminalized in the Criminal Code, Part Special. The course is taught during two academic semesters (10 months). The course is evaluated by a final exam, 5 credits.

Malfeasance and Crimes of Corruption (2001). The course included analysis of corruption as a social phenomenon and forms of criminal evaluation. Duration of the course was one semester. The course was available as an experimental feature and is no longer available.
